Die
Kräfte Gottes
Die Namen Gottes sind alle eine große Macht. Wenn
wir über jeden dieser Namen meditieren, erhalten wir den Nutzen dieser Kräfte
für unseren praktischen Alltag.
In der Shiva Purana, Band 3, werden tausend Namen Gottes aufgeführt.
Diese großen Kräfte aufzunehmen, kann unser Leben in einem
solchen Maße einfacher machen, dass wir als die Könige und Königinnen im
Reich Gottes bekannt sein werden. Die Namen Gottes können das Leben
so leicht und reich machen! Also warum nutzen wir sie nicht? Wir können die
Namen Gottes mehr als Brot wertschätzen. Sie sind das Brot des Lebens. Sie sind
das Wissen vom Leben selbst in seiner höchsten praktischen Essenz.
Die Kapitel in Band 3 vor und nach den Namen
zeigen, dass Gott uns die tausend Namen gegeben hat, um siegreich in den
Schlachten des Lebens zu sein, welche letztlich die Kämpfe in unserem eigenen
Verstand sind.
Die tausend Namen oder 1008 Namen zu meistern,
kann durch Annäherung an sie durch mehrere unterschiedliche Gewohnheiten getan
werden.
1.Sie jeden Tag ohne viel
Meditation zu lesen dauert mindestens eine Stunde oder zwei. Vielleicht die
beste Investition von Zeit.
2. Jeden einzelnen Namen eine Runde auf unserer Mala,
eine pro Tag, das sind 1008 Tage. Drei Jahre scheint
wie eine lange Zeit, aber sie können uns unsterblich machen.
3. Wie lange wird es dauern, sie sich alle zu merken?
Das mag wie ein Fortgeschrittenenkurs in
spirituelle Entwicklung sein, und natürlich ist es auch einer. Wir können dies
als elementar ansehen. Es könnte von allen Jugendlichen getan werden.
Die Shiva Purana ist unerreichbar für die meisten Völker, sie ist nur
in wenige Sprachen übersetzt. Wir müssen das ändern. Wenn die Shiva Purana in der Welt hoch im
Wert steht, wird der Weltfrieden gesichert und dauerhaft, solange wir in
Kontakt mit ihr bleiben.
Was ich hier beginne, ist ein Projekt, die 1008 Namen in mehrere Kategorien
einzuteilen, um sie leichter zu verarbeiten und sich zu erinnern Und mehr Spaß
zu haben.

Die höchsten Kräfte
In der Hierachie der
Gedanken, ist der Gedanke um so höher, je abstrakter er ist, desto mehr Macht
hat er über andere Gedanken, sie zu kontrollieren. Deshalb werden wir gut daran
tun, die Namen Gottes zu unserem persönlichen Gesetz zu machen.
Daher sind abstrakte Gedanken das Wesen der
praktischen Kraft.
Denke daran, dass AUM NAMAHA SHIVAIYA der höchste
Name ist, unendliches Wesen, unendliche Manifestation und unendliche
Intelligenz. YA VAH SHIM Omen.
Wird das Meistern der Namen uns Gott gleich
machen? Merke, dass einer von Gottes Namen, Gott, der Zerstörer der Arroganz
ist.
Jedesmal, wenn
ich Babaji besuchte, fühlte ich mich immer
schüchtern und unbedeutend. Erst jetzt realisiere ich, wie wictig das Gefühl war. Und wenn ich Babaji,
verlies, ging er immer in sein Zimmer und weinte, um mich wissen zu lassen, daß er die Göttliche Mutter ausdrückte und Ihre Emotion
darüber, dass Ihren Sohn und Freund Sie verließ. Das hat mich immer mit
Erstaunen erfüllt.
Die Organisation dieser Namen in die 4 Kategorien
ist ein großes Projekt, ich würde gerne Eure Hilfe sowie Eure
Bereitschaft dabei haben. Und ich kann vielleicht weitere Kategorien
machen.
Wertvolle Hilfe wird es sein, sie in verschiedene
Computersysteme einzugeben, damit wir sie mitteilen können, vor allen Dingen
mit Menschen, die sie in ihren Sprachen nicht haben. Wenn wir auch nicht die gesammte SHIVA Purana übersetzen
können, so geben wir hoffentlich die größte LITERATUR an viele Menschen weiter.

SO WHY DONT WE GO FOR THEM ? WE CAN VALUE THE NAMES OF GOD MORE THE BREAD,,,,THEY
ARE THE BREAD OF LIFE. THEY ARE THE KNOWLEDGE OF LIFE ITSELF IN ITS
MOST PRACTICAL ESSENCE.
THE CHAPTERS IN VOLUME 3 BEFORE AND AFTER INDICATE
THAT GOD GAVE US THE THOUSAND NAMES TO MAKE US VICTORIOUS IN THE BATTLES
OF LIFE,WHICH ULTIMATELY ARE THE BATTLES IN OUR OWN MIND.
TO MASTER THE THOUSAND NAMES OR THE 1008 NAMES CAN BE
DONE BY APPROACHING THEM IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT HABITS.
1. TO READ THEM EVERYDAY WITHOUT MUCH MEDITATION CAN
TAKE AT LEAST AN HOUR OR TWO. PERHAPS THE ULTIMATE INVESTMENT OF TIME.
2. TO DO A ROUND ON OUR MALA OF EACH ONE , ONE PER DAY, WILL TAKE
1008 DAYS. THREE YEARS SEEMS LIKE A LONG TIME, BUT THEN THEY CAN MAKE US
IMMORTAL.
3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MEMORIZE THEM ALL?
THIS MAY SEEM LIKE AN ADVANCED COURSE IN SPIRITUAL
DEVELOPMENT AND OF COURSE IT IS, BUT WE CAN THINK OF IT AS
ELEMENTARY. IT COULD BE DONE BY ALL TEENAGERS.
THE SHIVA PURANA HAS BEEN OUT OF MOST PEOPLES REACH,
IT IS ONLY IN A FEW LANGUAGES. WE HAVE TO CHANGE THIS. WHEN THE
SHIVA PURANA RISES HIGH IN THE WORLD, WORLD PEACE WILL BE ASSURED AND
PERMANENT, AS LONG AS WE STAY IN TOUCH WITH IT.

Einsichten einer
Atem-Sitzung
Lerne die Gebärmutter zu tolerieren. Die Außenwelt ist die Gebärmutter. Der
Geist ist die Gebärmutter. Zu lernen, meine Gedanken zu tolerieren. Wenn ich
den Mutterleib mit all den Empfindungen tolerieren kann, bin ich nicht mehr ein
Opfer.
Dieser Prozess muss ohne Kampf geschehen. Ich muss zu mir selbst liebevoll
sein, vielleicht mich von Verletzungen entfernen, wenn nötig. Ich verstehe,
dass, wenn ich sie nicht ruhig und mitfühlend erdulden kann, diese Empfindungen
in der Welt,, dann muss ich die Kontrolle über meine
Empfindungen übernehmen, damit ich nicht in das Opfer Bewusstsein gehe. Ich
muss ruhig bleiben und mitfühlend mit mir selbst, jederzeit Opfer-Bewusstsein
zu vermeiden. Ich lerne die Empfindungen in der Außenwelt zu tolerieren in
meinem Körper. Ich lerne dies mitfühlend mit mir selbst und anderen
Menschen bewusst zu tun, wenn das Gefühl der Dringlichkeit kommt muss ich
langsamer werden. Dringlichkeit entsteht im Zusammenhang mit meinem Verstand.
Mein Glaube, dass ich gehetzt werde. Ich habe das
Gefühl, dass ich etwas für die andere Person zu tun haben.
Es ist ein Gefühl der Ungeduld, mit Angst und Wut. Ich erlaube mir, mitfühlend
zu sein und damit den Empfindungen, da zu sein. Ich bin ruhig, ich ruhig ...
... Ich kann die Empfindungen spüren. Das sind meine Empfindungen. Es ist
wichtig, dass ich in Kontrolle bleiben. Dass ich mit
mir selbst und anderen mitfühlend bin, so dass ich mich dann beruhigen kann und
Unterstützung erhalten kann. Dringlichkeit ist mein Geist der mir sagt, dass
ich etwas zu tun haben. Gott segne unsere Seelen. Ich liebe dich. Ich bin du,
du bist ich. Wir sind Liebe. Ich kommuniziere Liebe durch Gedanken. Wenn ich
die Gedanken ertragen lernen, und wenn ich zu lernen beginne, Empfindungen zu
tolerieren, blockiert mich nichts mehr. Nichts hält mich davon ab oder
blockiert mich nur strahlende Liebe durch mein ganzes Wesen auszudrücken
Wenn ich in der Lage bin, nur strahle Liebe ohne Gedanken durch mein ganzes
Wesen aus zustrahlen, kann ich loslassen, all den Schmerz, all das Leid -
von mir und anderen, dann kann ich nur Liebe aus strahlen. Ich bin Liebe.
Gefühle sind energetische Schwingungen.
Klänge sind energetische Schwingungen.
Gerüche sind energetische Schwingungen.
Visionen sind energetische Schwingungen.
Die Gedanken sind energetische Schwingungen.
Berührung sind energetische Schwingungen.
Wir können Gefühle durch Klänge auszudrücken.
Es ist so viel zu meistern, mitfühlend und ruhig zu sein, mit diesen Arten von
Schwingungen. Diese Empfindungen, die von unseren Körper in der Außenwelt
empfunden werden. Denke daran: "Ich bin kein Opfer", "Ich habe
immer eine Wahl".

Insides in a breathing session
Learning to tollerate the womb.
The outside world represents the womb. The mind is the womb, learning to
tollerate my thoughts. When I can tolerate the womb with all the sensations, I
am no longer a victim.
This process must be without
struggle. I must be kind to myself, maybe remove myself from hurt if need be. I
understand that if I am unable to tolerate the sensations in the world calmly
and compassionately then I need to take control of my sensations that I am
experiencing so I do not go into victim consiousness. I must remain calm and
compassionate to myself at all times to avoid victim consciousness. I am
learning to tolerate the sensations in the outside world, in my body. I am learning
to do this compassionately to myself and other people remaining conscious that
when the sense of urgencz comes up I must slow down. Urgency is related to my
mind. My belief that I am being rushed. My feeling that I have to do something
for the other person. It is a feeling of impatience which is fear and anger. I
allow myself to be compassionate and allow the sensations to be there. I am
calm, I am calm……I can feel the sensations. These are my sensations. It is
important that I remain in control. That I am compassionate with myself and
others so that I can then calm down and receive support. Urgency is my mind
telling me that I have to do something. God bless our souls. I love you. I am
you, you are me. We are love. I communicate love through thoughts, and when I
learn to tolerate thoughts and then when I learn to tolerate sensations nothing
blocks me. Nothing stops and blocks me from just radiating love through my
entire being. When I am able to just radiate love without thought through my
entire being, I can let go of all the pain, of all the suffering - of mine and
others, I can just radiate love. I am love.
Feelings are energetic
vibrations.
Sounds are energetic vibrations.
Smell are energetic vibrations.
Vision are energetic vibrations.
Thoughts are energetic
vibrations.
Touch are energetic vibrations.
You can express feelings through
sounds.
There can be so much to master in
compassionately and calmly being with these sorts of vibrations. These
sensations that are felt by our body from the outside world. Remember, ´I am
not a victim´, ´I always have a choice´.

The training centre in
Wipperfürth is 45 minutes from Cologne/Bonn airport - easy to reach from all
around Europe. Pick up from the airport can be arranged & there are local
trains available
Heike Strombach is the
international coordinator for Rebirth International and trained as a Rebirther
Breath worker and Trainer with Leonard Orr, the founder of Rebirthing Breath
work, in 1991. Since then, Heike has continued to work and study with Leonard
in addition to leading her own inspiring seminars and trainings. A Reiki master
since 1993, firewalker and family constellation facilitator since 1999
Heike is based at her
training centre in Wipperfürth, Germany and works as well in many countries and
continents around the world, often at the RBI international training center in
the US and in Brazil. She completed her formal training as a nurse and studies
as a nursing educator in 1978 and 1986
